After confirming when your materials will be ready, we work with you to schedule a start date for installation. We carefully coordinate the schedule to fit your project timeline and your daily life, providing you with as much notice as possible. While installation dates are occasionally subject to change due to supply or manufacturing timelines, we always promptly communicate adjustments so you remain fully informed throughout the process.

Your project materials will be delivered directly to your home. Our team ensures that all supplies are placed in a location that is convenient for the crew to access, but still out of the way of your daily routine. This allows the materials to acclimate to your home environment if needed, while minimizing disruption to you and your family. Some projects may not require early delivery, and in those cases, our crew will bring the materials with them on installation day.

When it’s time to begin, our professional crew arrives as scheduled and gets to work transforming your space. With years of experience and a commitment to detail, we handle every part of the installation process with care—from preparing the work area to installing each plank, tile, or stair component with precision.
